8.1 Purpose

This Code of Conduct Policy establishes standards of professional conduct, ethical behavior, and workplace expectations fostering a respectful, inclusive, safe, and productive work environment that supports organizational values and ensures compliance with legal requirements.

8.2 Scope

Applies to all individuals associated with Blue Whale Apps in all work-related settings including company facilities, remote locations, customer sites, company events, business travel, and online platforms when representing the company.

8.3 Core Values

8.4 Professional Conduct Standards

Personnel must treat colleagues with respect, value diverse perspectives, communicate professionally, avoid harassment or discrimination, address conflicts professionally, and support an inclusive environment.

Blue Whale Apps prohibits harassment and discrimination in any form including offensive comments, unwelcome advances, intimidation, bullying, and retaliation.

8.5 Business Ethics

Personnel must comply with laws and regulations, conduct business honestly, avoid bribery and corruption, disclose conflicts of interest, and maintain accurate financial records.

8.6 Confidentiality

Personnel must protect confidential company, customer, and employee information, avoid unauthorized disclosure, and not use it for personal benefit.

8.7 Reporting Violations

Personnel observing violations should report through available channels: manager, Human Resources, Security Officer, Legal Department, confidential hotline, or anonymous system. Blue Whale Apps prohibits retaliation against good faith reports.
