The Requirement

The client, a leading self-storage industry operator in the US, wanted to modernize and digitally transform its self-storage facilities operations. Since the entire industry was being operated using traditional ways and spreadsheets, the client realized the need to digitize the operations by developing mobile applications to enable easy management of its self-storage facilities.

The solution required integration with different gate software (access control systems) to allow tenants to easily Rent Units, Pay Bills, Open Gate, Receive Reminders, etc., directly from the mobile app.
